About Dr. Xiao
Dr. Xiao Qirui trained under Professor Zhou Xingtao of Fudan University's Eye & ENT Hospital โ one of China's foremost authorities in refractive surgery. With over two decades of clinical practice and more than 18,000 successful procedures, he is recognized industry-wide as a benchmark of technical excellence.
He is proficient across the full spectrum of refractive correction, with particular expertise in ICL lens implantation, SMILE Pro, Smart excimer laser surgery, Qianpin YouVision femtosecond surgery, and presbyopia correction. His pioneering viscous-free single-step ICL implantation technique has set new national standards for postoperative visual quality and stability.
